Do your prints include the frame?

I originally did sell my prints with the frames but with the increase in cost and postage prices it became unfeasible to sell with frame included (especially to overseas buyers as couriers would often break them). You can pick up frames for most print sizes relatively cheaply on Amazon and eBay and even Ikea nowadays.

My print arrived damaged? What should I do?

It’s extremely rare but unfortunately does happen but if you’re one of the unlucky ones please contact me and send me pictures of the damage. That way I can then pass this onto my printing or courier company and get a replacement print sent usually within 24 hours. However I can’t send replacements without seeing pictures of the damage first.

Do You Ship Internationally?

I ship to the UK, Europe and North America, for orders outside of these areas please contact me directly for a quote.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Depending on where you live it may take between 2 and 5 working days in the UK (maybe a bit longer for places such as Highlands of Scotland).

International orders are usually received within 7-10 working days.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

I accept all major credit and debit cards from around the world via Shopify and Stripe. If you feel more comfortable with it, I also accept Paypal which means if you want to pay by credit or debit card, you won’t even need an account with them to place an order with me. Paypal offers purchase protection and just like Stripe is 100% encrypted meaning none of your payment details are ever seen by myself.
